  • The Emerald Club offers a large variety of uniquely crafted intimate group and private classes. We offer Pilates, Barre, and various styles of Yoga and Fitness classes. There is something for everyone and our classes will provide a well-rounded approach to your yoga, fitness and wellness journey.

  • Our elevated training includes our signature service of a Functional Movement Assessment. This assessment is used to look at how a member moves (around their injuries if any), identifying strengths, imbalances, and opportunities for improvement. By analyzing areas of pain, mobility, stability, and movement patterns, we create a personalized approach to enhance performance, prevent injury, and support long-term wellness. Whether you're building strength, working through an injury, improving flexibility, or refining technique, this assessment lays the foundation for a balanced and effective training experience.

    Functional Movement Assessments are used to create Customized Programs for in-person or self-guided training.
