Our Mom & Baby: Sculpt & Stretch class blends gentle strength training, core recovery, and soothing stretches to support your postpartum journey, all while spending special time with your baby. Each class focuses on rebuilding stability, improving posture, and helping you feel confident moving again.

This class is ideal for mothers looking for mom and baby classes in Langley that combine mindful movement, fitness, and connection. FAQs

  • This class is designed for moms with infants or pre-walkers (babies who are not yet mobile). Your teacher Paige has her 6-month baby Maren with her during the class.

  • For yourself, we have everything you need for the workout (bring water). For baby, a small blanket or play mat, a baby bouncer seat, and anything your baby might need during class (diapers, snacks, toys, etc.).

  • All good! This class is baby-friendly and flexible, you can pause to feed, change, or calm your baby at any time.

  • No! We’re located on the second floor and do not have the space for everyone’s strollers. Please keep your stroller in the car.

    To get to our location enter the Fort Professional Building, up the stairs (1 Floor Up) and we are on the Second Floor. There is an elevator when you first walk in, if needed.
