We’ll guide you through the core principles, safe modifications, and fundamental exercises so you can build strength, stability, and mobility at a pace that feels right for you. Perfect for those recovering from injuries, brand-new to movement, or simply wanting to refine technique, this supportive series creates the foundation you need to move well, in Pilates, and in life.
Drop In Classes: $26 + GST (45 minute class).
All you need is to bring is a water bottle! No shoes needed. Mat provided, unless you’d like to use your own mat, no problem!
