Step into Pilates with confidence. This 45 minute class is designed for anyone new to Pilates or looking to revisit the foundations with greater awareness. We’ll guide you through the core principles, safe modifications, and fundamental exercises so you can build strength, stability, and mobility at a pace that feels right for you. Perfect for those recovering from injuries, brand-new to movement, or simply wanting to refine technique, this supportive series creates the foundation you need to move well, in Pilates, and in life.

Drop In Classes: $26 + GST (45 minute class).

All you need is to bring is a water bottle! No shoes needed. Mat provided, unless you’d like to use your own mat, no problem!
